a. Schengen Visa (Mainland France, and in some cases, Austria)

For travel to mainland France, and in some cases (such as tourism, transit, visiting family and friends or attending international conferences) to Austria for a period of 90 days or less, you are invited to click on the icon below to download the Schengen Visa Application Form. Please note that a parent or legal guardian must sign the application form of a minor (person under the age of 18).

b. Short Stay/Transit Visa (French Overseas Departments and Territories)

***Effective 18/12/2009, citizens of Trinidad and Tobago do not require a short stay visa for short stay visits (90 days or less per 6-month period) to the French Overseas Departments of Guadeloupe (includes Marie Galante, la Désirade and les Saintes) and Martinique. However, please note that a short stay visa valid for the French Overseas Departments of the Americas (Départements Français d’Amérique) is required for travel to the French Overseas Collectivities of Saint Barthélemy and Saint Martin that were previously a part of the French Overseas Department of Guadeloupe.***

For travel to the French Overseas Departments of Guadeloupe (which include Marie Galante, la Désirade and les Saintes), Martinique, French Guiana and Réunion; the French Overseas Collectivities and territories of Saint Barthélemy, Saint Martin, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Mayotte, New Caledonia, French Polynesia and Wallis and Futuna for a period of 90 days or less, you are invited to click on the icon below to download the Short Stay/Transit Visa Application Form. c. Short Stay/Transit Visa (African Countries Represented)

As concerns short stay visas, France also represents the following African countries: Burkina Faso, Central African Republic, Djibouti, Gabon, Ivory Coast, Mauritania, Senegal and Togo, except in cases where authorization to work is required. For travel to any of the aforementioned destinations for a period of 90 days or less, you are invited to click on the icon below to download the Short Stay/Tourist Visa Application Form. Please note that a parent or legal guardian must sign the application form of a minor (person under the age of 18).

d. Long Stay Visa (France)

Certain categories of applicants, such as students and language assistants, require visas valid for France for periods of more than 90 days.
